I am an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and an Aromatherapist, and I am also currently studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, and Blueprint Resonance with Anna Chitty at the Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder Colorado.

 

My work is guided by a deep reverence for the body's innate wisdom and its quiet, natural ability to return to balance.

 

Through years of study and hands-on practice, I have been continually drawn to the gentle yet profound power of energy medicine and holistic healing- modalities that listen to the subtle rhythms of the body and support its unfolding toward harmony.

I believe that true wellness arises when the body, mind, and spirit are nourished together. My intention is to create a calm and supportive space where the nervous system can soften, where energy can flow more freely, and where the body's natural intelligence is honored. From this place, healing becomes less about fixing and more about remembering - remembering balance, vitality, and the quiet joy of feeling at home with oneself.
