About Me
I have been fascinated by energy in all its forms since I was very young. I loved to move my body - which included my energy body! - by rolling down the grassy hills in my hometown of Los Alamos, New Mexico. I loved to fly on the swings and run to wherever I was going!
This love of moving energy was later translated into a passion for learning about the subtle energies of our bodies and how brilliantly healing happens when our energies are flowing in a natural state of balance.

My Philosophy
I believe the bodymind is designed to heal itself and my job as a practitioner is to help facilitate that process. My approach is that of listening deeply to your needs and being mindfully present.
Like many people in my profession, my journey began with some health challenges of my own. I was able to dramatically shift these imbalances within me by utilizing the core principles of Energy Medicine.
I am thrilled and honored to be able to provide energy medicine to everyone! I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for all my brilliant teachers along the way, including Donna Eden and David Feinstein, PhD, Prune Harris, EEM-AP, Sara Allen, PhD, EEM-AP, Anna Chitty, BCST, RPR, RCST, RPE and Elizabeth Chitty Sandoval, BCST.
