From a very young age, I've been captivated by energy in all its forms. I found joy in moving my body - whether it was rolling down the grassy hills of my hometown, Los Alamos, New Mexico, or flying high on the swings, feeling the rush of energy with each push. Running to my next adventure, I could sense the vibrant force of life within and around me.​

This early connection to movement and energy eventually deepened into a passion for understanding the more subtle aspects of energy. I became fascinated by observing our bodies energy systems, and the profound healing that occurs when our energies flow freely, in balance and harmony.

my philosophy
The body-mind is inherently designed to heal itself, and my role as a practitioner is to facilitate that natural process. By deeply listening to your needs and being mindfully present, I am able to support your journey toward balance and well-being.

My path into energy medicine began with personal health challenges. By applying the core principles of energy medicine, I was able to transform these imbalances within myself. This transformative experience ignited my passion to share these healing modalities with others!

I am profoundly grateful to my esteemed teachers, including Donna Eden, David Feinstein, PhD, Prune Harris, EEM-AP, Dr. Sara Allen, EEM-AP, Andrea Butje, Anna Chitty, BCST, RPR, RCST, RPE and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. Their guidance has been invaluable in shaping my practice. I also extend heartfelt gratitude to my family and loved ones for their unwavering support in my pursuit of energy medicine education.
