Building upon Donna Eden's infamous "Daily Energy Routine, aka the DER", we will add to these simple exercises to create the perfect daily energy routine to support your unique bodymindspirit. We can change it up with the seasons for the optimal daily support. Beginning 19 March 2024, I will be offering Remote Sessions only through the Summer.
