Remote Energy Medicine Session A Remote Energy Medicine session offers the same depth, intention, and energetic precision as an in-person session — experienced from the comfort of your own space. Energy is not limited by physical distance. Just as thoughts, emotions, and prayer travel beyond time and place, the body’s subtle energy systems can be accessed and supported non-locally. During a remote session, we meet by phone or video, or you may simply rest offline at an agreed-upon time. Your system is contacted gently and respectfully, working with the same core principles of Donna Eden’s Eden Energy Medicine®. You are invited to settle in a quiet space where you feel safe and undisturbed. As the session begins, I assess and engage your energy systems — clearing congestion, strengthening meridians, calming stress patterns (especially the Triple Warmer response), and supporting overall coherence within your energetic field. Many clients report sensations such as: Warmth or subtle waves moving through the body Deep relaxation or meditative stillness Emotional release or clarity A feeling of being gently “held” or supported Others simply notice a shift afterward — more steadiness, clearer thinking, improved sleep, or a softer nervous system. At the close of our time together, we connect to discuss what arose during the session and you may receive simple, personalized techniques to continue supporting your energy between appointments.
